1. Scope
Veyrasol is operated by Minata Entertainment, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"), which is responsible for the personal data described here. This policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, and protected when you use the veyrasol.io website and the Veyrasol game (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you are deemed to accept this policy.
2. Data We Collect
During pre-registration we collect your email address and, optionally, your commander name. In-game, we process your account details, game progress, and technical logs (device type, browser, IP address). We do not request sensitive personal data.
3. How We Use It
We use your data to provide the Service, manage your account, send launch and development announcements, prevent cheating and abuse, and improve the Service. Your data is not sold to third parties.
4. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to run the site and remember your session and language preference — these need no consent. With your consent we also load optional third-party cookies and tracking technologies. For analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google) for anonymous, aggregated usage measurement. For marketing, we use the X/Twitter pixel (provider: X Corp.) for advertising conversion measurement and Noxtica (device/browser fingerprinting used to recognise your device across visits, which may work without cookies; provider: Noxtica). Optional analytics and marketing technologies are only enabled with your consent, which you can change or withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
5. Third-Party Services
We work with trusted service providers for hosting, email delivery, and analytics. These providers access your data only to the extent the service requires and under contractual confidentiality obligations. When the game launches on Steam, the App Store, and Google Play, those platforms' own privacy policies also apply.
6. Retention
We keep your data only for as long as necessary. Pre-registration data is deleted within 24 months if it does not convert into an account after launch. When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
7. Your Rights
Under KVKK and GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of, and port your data. You can unsubscribe from our email list instantly via the link in every message. For requests, write to hello@veyrasol.io.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If we become aware of such a case, the data is deleted immediately.
