1. Description of the Service
Veyrasol is a multiplayer space strategy game offered via web browser, PWA, and — in the future — Steam, iOS, and Android. These terms govern your use of the site and the game; by using the Service, you accept these terms.
2. Account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts may not be transferred or sold.
3. Acceptable Use
Cheating, bots, automation tools, exploits, and multi-account abuse are prohibited. Harassment of other players, hate speech, and fraud will lead to suspension or closure of your account. The combat engine is server-authoritative; client-side interference is detected.
4. Virtual Items
Cosmetics, titles, and other virtual items carry no real-money value and are only a limited license to use within the Service. Power resets at the end of each season; only cosmetics and achievements carry over. Selling virtual items to third parties is prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
The Veyrasol name, logo, universe, artwork, and all game content belong to Minata Entertainment, LLC and are protected by copyright law. Content creators may use footage of the game in videos and streams; for commercial use, request permission at press@veyrasol.io.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free. The season schedule, game balance, and features may change with prior notice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or close your account in the event of a breach of these terms. For serious violations, this may be applied without prior notice.
8. Governing Law
Veyrasol is operated by Minata Entertainment, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA ("Minata", "we", "us"). These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
